What RM 500 Reserves
A deposit is RM 500. It does one of two things: it holds a kitten that is already listed, or it buys your place in the picking order for a litter that has not been born yet. It comes off the price of your kitten rather than being charged on top. It is not refundable — but it never expires, and it can be moved to another kitten or another litter for as long as it takes you to find the one you want.
The same amount whether the kitten is RM 5,000 or RM 30,000, and whether you are holding a kitten you have already met or waiting on a litter. Deducted from the balance, never added to it.
Two Things It Can Do
Which one applies depends only on whether the kitten you want already exists.
Hold a kitten that is already listed
The kitten is marked reserved, comes off the available list and stops being shown to anyone else. Your price is the figure quoted on the day you pay, and the reviews at two, three and four months cannot raise it afterwards.
Take a priority pass on a coming litter
Where the kitten you want does not exist yet, the deposit buys your place in the order that litter will be picked in. You are choosing the parents, not the kitten — nobody, ourselves included, knows what a litter looks like until it arrives.
The Order Is the Order It Was Paid In
Priority means one thing here, and it is not negotiable in either direction.
First deposit paid is first to choose, second is second, and so on down the list. The date your payment lands is the whole rule.
A place cannot be bought forward. There is no premium that moves you up the list, and we have never sold one.
You are told your number when your deposit is confirmed, and told again if someone ahead of you moves to another litter and you shift up.
If the litter is smaller than the list, the people it does not reach keep their place at the front of the next one.
You Choose at One Month
Not at birth. A Maine Coon kitten does not look like itself for weeks, and choosing at a week old means choosing blind — which is the same reason we do not price a litter until it is a month old.
Deposit paid and confirmed
We confirm your place in writing, with your number in the order and the litter it applies to.
The litter arrives
You are told what it turned out to be, with photographs — including if it is smaller than hoped, or if nothing comes of the pairing at all.
At one month, every kitten is priced
We set an opening price for each kitten in the litter and send you the whole list, priced, before anyone chooses.
You pick, in your turn
You choose from whatever is still unclaimed when your turn comes, at that kitten's one-month price. Later reviews cannot raise the figure you were shown.
Because you choose at one month, you are choosing at the lowest price that kitten will ever be offered at — the reviews at two, three and four months only ever hold a price or raise it.
Not Refundable. Always Movable.
We would rather put both halves of this plainly than bury one of them in a paragraph you sign.
It is not refundable
Not on a change of mind, not on a change of circumstances. A deposit takes a kitten off the market, or holds a place in a queue other people wanted, and that cost is real whether or not you go through with it.
It moves to anything else we have
Another kitten, another litter, a pairing two years away. As often as you like, with no deadline and nothing further to pay. If the kitten you waited for is not the one you want when you finally meet it, say so and keep your money on the next one.
Those two facts are one policy, not a contradiction. The money stays yours to spend here; it does not come back out.
The Balance
The rest is due before your kitten goes home, which is at twelve weeks and not earlier. Pay it by whichever method suits you — the same list that covers the deposit itself.

Part of it. An RM 8,000 kitten is RM 500 now and RM 7,500 before collection. It is never charged on top.
No. It is not refundable in any circumstance, and we say so before you pay rather than after. What it does instead is move: to another kitten, another litter, or a pairing that has not happened yet, as many times as you need and with no expiry date.
There is no limit. It sits against your name until you take a kitten home. Whether that is three months away or three years, it is worth the same RM 500.
Then your deposit goes to the front of the queue for the next litter and you keep the place you paid for. Breeding does not run to a schedule — a queen is bred only when she is well enough, so some pairings simply do not produce that year.
No. The order is the order the deposits were paid in, and nothing else moves it. If money could reorder that list, every place on it would be worth nothing.
Yes. On a listed kitten it fixes the figure quoted the day you pay. On a priority pass it fixes the one-month opening price of whichever kitten you choose. Either way the reviews at two, three and four months cannot raise what you were quoted.
Yes, and most are paid on photographs and video. You are welcome to visit and meet the parents before you pay anything, and we would rather you did.
