Comprehensive Health Guarantee

The real worry when buying a pedigree kitten is that something serious shows up in the first weeks or the first year, and that the breeder stops answering. So the guarantee is written down, and this page sets out exactly what it does and does not cover.

Your kitten is covered on two fronts, both running from the day you collect it. There is a 30-day guarantee against viral incubation, limited to FIP and Panleukopenia, and a 12-month guarantee against fatal genetic mutations, limited to HCM, PKdef and SMA. If a licensed vet diagnoses one with lab results to support it, the choice of remedy is yours: a full cash refund, or a replacement kitten.

What it does not cover is worth stating just as plainly. The guarantee is limited to viral incubation and proven genetic defects, and it does not apply to injury, poisoning, environmental hazards or neglect.
